Cardio Drumming

Cardio Drumming is one of the newest & hottest fitness trends where you are hitting drum sticks against a yoga ball while dancing to a variety of music from Latin, Pop, R&B, Soft Rock, Motown, Oldies, Afro Beats, Reggae & More. It is a well known fact that Cardio Drumming is a great therapy that keeps our physical fitness and mental fitness in good shape working out the entire body. Experience level and age does not matter. You may sit or stand through out this class. This class ends with a cool down and an effective well needed stretch. This class involves party lights which creates a party like atmosphere. Feel free to bring your glow sticks.

Zumba

A fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise and coming back for more. The class will entail a combination of dance including, but not limited to, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, afro beat, meringue, and more! Students will walk away refreshed after burning calories, building endurance through cardio, and energized after having a blast dancing!
